Private Tours – Booking Terms & Conditions
Read before booking
ALL TOURS
- Sending the booking form does not equal a confirmed reservation.
- Information on the possibility of organising the tour is sent together with a request for payment within 48 hours of sending the booking form.
- Final details of the trip will be sent to the group to the e-mail address provided about 72 hours before the start of the tour.
- Unless indicated otherwise, all transfers are private (exclusive), guests are picked up directly from the place of accommodation or other indicated place and taken back to the same place at the end of the trip.
- The route to the sightseeing location or attractions is fixed and planned by the organiser, it is not subject to individual modifications at participants’ request.
- The tour route may change depending on the weather conditions and other events preventing safe and comfortable execution of the programme.
- If one or more participants of the tour have limited mobility, please inform us not later than when booking the tour.
- An English-speaking guide is reserved by default; it is possible to choose a different language for the group supervisor without additional costs provided that the query is submitted in advance.
- The exact times of the group pickup and the end of the tour depend on the group’s place of accommodation and are determined after confirming the booking.
- The start time of the trip is calculated from the agreed time of the meeting with the guide.
- All participants are obliged to appear on time at the agreed place of starting the trip.
Price includes:
- the care of a licensed guide or a tour leader, depending on the group’s needs, speaking your chosen language
- a unique, private tour of selected attractions in Malta (on foot/by car/by van/by bus)
- a one-time administrative fee of 50 € for the comprehensive organization of a group trip in Malta or Gozo.
The price does not include:
- transfers
- ferry tickets necessary for trips without transfers: Valletta + Sliema and Valletta + Birgu
- admission tickets to selected attractions
Remember:
To correctly calculate the total price of the tour, make sure that you have added all necessary stages of the chosen tour, e.g. transfers, ferry.
For tours: Valletta, Valletta + Sliema, Valletta + Birgu when a transfer is not required, the group meets with a guide in Valletta or Sliema.
HALF-DAY TOURS AROUND MALTA
Price includes:
- the care of a licensed guide or a tour leader, depending on the group’s needs, speaking your chosen language
- a unique, private tour of selected attractions in Malta (on foot/by car/by van/by bus)
- a one-time administrative fee of 50 € for the comprehensive organization of a group trip in Malta or Gozo.
The price does not include:
- transfers
- ferry tickets necessary for trips without transfers: Valletta + Sliema and Valletta + Birgu
- admission tickets to selected attractions
Remember:
To correctly calculate the total price of the tour, make sure that you have added all necessary stages of the chosen tour, e.g. transfers, ferry.

FULL-DAY TOURS AROUND MALTA
Price includes:
- a selected private transfer up to 8 hours (car/van/bus)
- the care of a licensed guide or a tour leader, depending on the group’s profile, speaking your chosen language
- a one-time administrative fee of 99 € for the comprehensive organization of a group trip in Malta or Gozo
The price does not include:
- admission tickets to selected attractions (optional)
- selected meal
- additional attractions

To correctly calculate the total price of the tour, make sure that you have added all necessary stages of the chosen tour, e.g. transfers, ferry.
PRIVATE TOUR TO GOZO BY CAR/VAN/COACH
Price includes:
- private transfer from the accommodation to the ferry (both ways) by car/van/coach by the carrier from Malta
- private transfer around Gozo by car/bus/coach by the carrier from Gozo
- the care of a licensed guide or a tour leader, depending on the group’s profile, speaking your chosen language
- in the case of VIP transfers, all fees related to the car ferry crossing with the driver
The price does not include – add to the price:
- Malta-Gozo ferry crossing (both ways)
- return to Malta by ferry or by motorboat, depending on weather conditions
- lunch*
- admission tickets to selected attractions*
- during full-day tours, lunch should also be provided to the guide
- it is possible to reserve a table or order lunch for a group through Ready4Malta
- if the group proposes its own solution, the final decision on the possibility of implementation is made by the guide/tour leader from Ready4Malta
PUBLIC TOUR AROUND GOZO - JEEP SAFARI
The price includes:
- transfer from the hotel to the ferry (both ways)*
- Malta-Gozo transfer (both ways) by ferry or motorboat, depending on weather conditions
- the care of an English-speaking, experienced driver and guide
- participation in an organized, public (participants from different countries) trip in the form of a ‘jeep safari’
- a 3-course lunch (soup or pasta + main course + dessert, drinks to choose from: water / wine / coffee / tea; vegetarian options available)
- price EUR 69/person is constant regardless of the age of the participants
*This is a group transfer – all participants are picked up by the organizer from your places of accommodation between 8 and 9 am. Due to the type of trip, the transfer from the hotel to the ferry may take up to approx. 1h 45 min.
PRIVATE TOUR AROUND GOZO - JEEP SAFARI
The price includes:
- direct private transfer from the accommodation to the ferry (both ways)
- the care of a licensed guide or a tour leader, depending on the group’s profile, speaking your chosen language
- private jeep safari trip
The price does not include – add to the quote:
- Malta-Gozo transfer (both ways) by ferry or motorboat, depending on weather conditions
- lunch*
- admission tickets to selected attractions
- *during full-day tours, lunch should also be provided to the guide
- you can reserve a table or order lunch for the group through Ready4Malta
- if the group proposes its own solution, the final decision on the feasibility of its implementation is made by the Ready4Malta guide/tour leader
ABOUT THE MEAL
- during a half-day trip a meal break is not required
- during a full-day trip a meal break is required
- during the tours a meal should also be provided to the guide. At the request of the group, the guide can occupy a separate table.
- we recommend ordering lunch for the group in our guests’ favourite places, checked by Ready4Malta in terms of meal quality and standard of service
- if a group suggests another restaurant, please inform us about the chosen place before the start of the tour
- Ready4Malta can make reservations at the indicated place at the participants’ request
ABOUT THE PAYMENT
- To confirm the trip reservation, you must make a deposit of 50% of the total amount to your Ready4Malta bank account within 48 hours from booking. If the payment is not made within the specified deadline, the booking is automatically canceled.
- Payment is possible in the currency: PLN / EUR / GBP. Please send the confirmation of the transfer to events@ready4malta.com.
- The remaining 50% can be paid by bank transfer or in Malta, in cash, before the tour begins.
- It is not possible to pay after the trip.
- The given prices are net – 18% VAT is added to the calculated amount when invoicing.
CANCELLATIONS / MODIFICATIONS
The following information applies to the conditions of booking or canceling the services we offer:
- up to 7 days before the date of arrival in Malta – 100% refund of the amount paid so far
- less than 7 days before the date of arrival in Malta – no refunds, the customer receives a voucher worth 100% of the amount paid so far, valid 12 months from the planned date of arrival in Malta
